Registering for the Plainsmen

To register for the Plainsmen, you must fill out a registration form and take it to the White Plains Department of Parks and Recreation (Gillie Park).  You can download the form here.  Contact John Barry (johnbarryathome@optonline.net) if you have any questions.

Once your child is registered and is a member of the Plainsmen, you must also register him (or her) with USA Hockey.  You can access the online registration page here.
